Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Mavi collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, apps, and services. We collect only what we need to provide safe, personalized care and to run our business.

1.Introduction

Mavi (“Mavi,” “we,” “us”) operates an online platform that connects individuals with independent, licensed U.S. healthcare providers and pharmacies. This Policy applies to information we process through our websites, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email, phone, password, and login identifiers.
  • Health information: intake responses, medical history, and consultation details you share with a provider.
  • Order & payment information: products purchased, shipping address, and payment method details (processed by our payment processor).
  • Technical & usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send to support or your care team.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • route your intake to a licensed provider and facilitate treatment, prescriptions, and fulfillment;
  • process orders, payments, and shipping;
  • communicate with you about your account, orders, and care;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, and pharmacy requirements.

4.How We Share Information

We share personal information with:

  • Licensed providers and pharmacies to review your intake, prescribe where appropriate, and fulfill your order;
  • Service providers (hosting, payments, shipping, analytics, communications) bound by contract to protect it;
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that requires opt-out where you have not consented.

5.Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, measure performance, and improve the Services. You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner on our site and through your browser settings. See also Your Privacy Choices.

6.Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet medical-record and legal retention obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law.

7.Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

8.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, use Your Privacy Choices or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Residents of Washington, Nevada, and other states with consumer-health laws should also review our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

9.Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10.International Users

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and where required, we will notify you.
